My husband had an appointment October 9, 2020 for the new patient exam x-rays cleaning and treatment plan. At your Attleboro office in Massachusetts.

He received only an x-ray and exam. We were charged the full $57. We are extremely upset and Are curious as to if this is your best practice? As far as We concerned it was falsely advertised and when he called he made an appointment for cleaning and patient offer he expected to get exactly that.

That offer was not for filled and We would like an immediate refund due to deceitfulness and as far as We concerned terrible customer service. They never even offered to reschedule the cleaning. We will Likely not go back to gentle dental again due to the practices listed above. My phone number is 781408****.
